Silly Cone Hat
Step 1 Take the shower cap and make 5 or 6 small holes.
Step 2 insert the icecream cones from inside to each of the hole till the base as showed in the picture.
Step 3 Adjust the cones and wear the silly cone hat on your head and adjust cones as needed. It will stay fit and looks funny.
