Simple Nerf Magstrike Magazine Mods.

In this Instructable, I am going to show you a few easy modifications for the Nerf Magstrike magazines. There are only a few supplies needed, and you don't even need to open up your gun!

Want to give your Magstrike a few extra feet of range? No problem! All you have to do for this part is take out the cross-shaped plastic air restrictors from the back of the magazine. Do this by placing your screwdriver in the center of an air restrictor, and hitting it with a hammer. Watch your fingers!

There are some times in a Nerf fight when you just don't need to use a full magazine. Unfortunatley, the magazine drops back down into the gun when you let go of the trigger, making this very hard to do. Let's fix that! All you need to do is put 3-4 layers of duct tape on the right side of the magazine. After doing this your magazines should stay in place after firing in bursts! If your magazines still drop, simply add more layers of tape.
