Simple No Egg/Milk Microwave Pineapple Cake

Super simple, 3 minute microwave cake that is sure to satisfy the impatient sweet tooth.

1/3 cup cake mix, plain yellow works best

2 teaspoons coffee creamer, any kind (we used pumpkin spice creamer and it was delicious)

2 tablespoons water

1 wheel of pineapple from a can

1 teaspoon sugar ( brown is best but you can even use cafeteria sugar packets if that is what it takes)

1 mug

Cut a wedge from the pineapple wheel so that it will fit snuggly into the bottom of your mug.

Cover with sugar of choice.

Combine the cake mix, creamer, and water. Fill mug and microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds on high.

Yes, you may eat it now and yes you will experience heaven.
