Simple Pulley System

My machine is a minatur pulley system.e

Supplies

Small pieces of wood

Twine (1.5-2 feet)

Cardboard

Super glue

Glue the wood to make a rectangle

Then glue another piece on the bottom so it can stand on its own

Glue two longer pieces of wood standing up on the edge of the rectangle and one sticking out from the top making an L shape.

Then drill a small hole on the far right for the handle, make it around a half centimeter wide

Cut small circles of cardboard

Roll a thin piece of cardboard tightly so it’s about as wide as a pencil

Cut the rolled cardboard into half inch pieces

Make three

Glue the rolled cardboard into the middle of the cut circles It should look something like this:

Glue all three pieces on three corners

Roll up a longer piece of of thin cardboard so it’s about two inches long and two smaller half inch pieces

Glue them in the shape above

Stick the long end into the drilled whole

Glue one end of the string on the side next to the handle and rap it tightly

Make a little bucket out of rolled cardboard and tie it to the other end of the string

Wrap the string around the three pulleys so the bucket is hanging
