Simple Rainbow Earrings
So. It's Monday.
I. Hate. Mondays.
So I decided to brighten up my day by making something cheerful: rainbows.
Rainbows in the form of these earrings.
By the way, it's a really short, simple 'ible.
What You'll Need
These earrings are simple: four ingredients.
- A rainbow of beads
- Wire (sorry I don't have a pic for that)
- Earring hooks
- Pliers
Set Up the Rainbow
Simply sort out or line up your beads to make a nice mix of color. I went with a traditional rainbow color order.
Making It
If you're using a head pin, don't bother pinching the end shut. But if you're like me and you don't care about that (I can never find the right stuff) make sure to close the end.
Put the beads on in your preferred order. Then, close off the top with a loop. (Leave a little excess wire if you're going to curve the bead wire like I did. You don't want your beads to crack)
Curve it!
Attach Those Hooks
Attach your earring hooks. You can add a jump ring if you want, but make sure it dangles the way you want it to.
Enjoy!
