Simple Segmented Pen Holder !

Cutting the Inside Out...

First make some templates or just mark out some rings i made mine 80mm id 100mm od. then I drilled a hole then cut of cut out the inside with the jigsaw cutting just up to the line.

I used the bandsaw but you could always use a coping saw or hacks and sand it down. then i sanded the segments down and removes the template, then IO used some wood glue to glue the segments together.

And there you have your very own wooden pencil holder !
