Simple Speaker , Homemade Headset

Need only an enameled copper wire, a strong neodymium magnet and a plastic cup. The magnet vibrates the coil of copper when it passes the current, this vibration is amplified by the plastic cup. Fun experiment.

Get the enamelled copper wire recovering from some old electric motor or some electronic component. Obtained the copper wire begin to wrap around a cylinder that has a similar size to the magnet that you will use. 15 - 20 turns of the wire are sufficient. It 's very important to remove the glaze from the ends of the wire to make electrical contact with the terminals.

Stuck the coil of copper to the glass with adhesive, attach the ends of the copper wire to the electrical terminals. Attack the other terminal with the audio cable as shown in the video. Putting the magnet above the coil of copper ... incredible but true ... you have created a speaker.
