Simple Tie Bag

This video will explain how to make this cute, but easy bag that can be used as a tote or as a purse. To make this, you will need 2 fat quarters for the outside and 2 for the inside, however, larger pieces of fabric will work ( I used a large piece to substitute for the 2 lining fat quarters).
