Simple Yet Powerful Rubber Band Shooter

Yup. I'm gonna show you how to make one.

Here's what you'll need!

1. A skewer or chopstick
2. A rubber band

Simple!

Sorry for the crap quality on the pictures.

Simply place the rubber band on the skewer and pull back on it. If you've done it right, the rubber band will stay firmly planted on the flat side of the skewer or chopstick as you pull.

Pull back on it as far as you like; The farther you pull back, the farther the rubber band will travel. Hold the side of the rubber band you're pulling on in place with your thumb and, when you're ready to shoot, lift your thumb up. Congratulations! You have a new rubber band shooter!

Note: You can also use pencils, markers, or, if you're skilled enough, even an eating utensil. This way, you can inflict minor pain on someone you don't like wherever you are!
