I haven't been able to do any instructable lately because I have tons of test. Anyway, in this instructable, I'm going to show you how to do this one piece paper cut out art. It's very simple because I already make the template (I'm still a noob at PS so don't kill me). My camera broke so I have to use my phone's camera, sorry about the bad quality. The model is a bit plain so it kinda irritate me.

The template in the instructable I used is my prototype one, so it's different from the template I'll link later in the instructable

What you'll need:

- Razor blades

- Glue

- Template (it is the third pic in this step)

Like I said before, this template was redesigned, the one I used in the instructable was the older version of this

Cut and Finish the Petal With Butterfly

I recommended you to cut the butterfly's wings first, there are hard details. After cutting the wings, cut out the petal. REMEMBER NOT TO CUT THE BOTTOM LINE OF THE PETAL

After that, fold and glue like in my pic

Finally, use a pen to curl up the petal

Cut and Glue the 5 Petals

Cut out the petals. Glue tabs need to be cut out, but the middle petal's bottom line DO NOT need to be cut

After that, fold the petals, the glue flaps up like in the pic, glue the bottom flaps to the base of the paper, while the sides flap is glued to the petal with the butterfly

Finishing the Details

Use a pen or some thing alike, curl up the petals, You can add a bit glue to the butterfly's body to keep it up straight.

Finished

The sculpture is done, but I think it's a bit to plain...If you have any idea what's missing, please leave it in the comment. If I can fix it, I'll update the template again
