Breathe through both nostrils all day.  Blockage occurs especially in dry weather.  Remove sinus gunk where tweezers and Q-tips can't reach.  Salt water and a syringe recommended by my physician.   Get a 16 oz container; fill with drinkable water.  Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt.  Stir.   Saltwater made.  Put some into a small bowl and microwave 20 - 30 seconds.  Pull some saltwater into the syringe and tilt head back.  Release gently into a nostril.  I spit out back through nose mostly and a little through the mouth.  Repeat and then move onto other nostril.
