Step 1
Print off the template here,

and get a pair of sissors.

Step 2
Cut off the white border.
Step 3
Cut out all the sections marked with an "X"
Step 4
Fold back along the top horizontal line.
Step 5
Flip over and fold the top left corner down to and even with the vertical center line.
Step 6
Fold the top right corner down to and even with the vertical center line.
Step 7
Fold the top triangle down, so you can see The Online Paper Airplane Museum Logo.
Step 8
Fold the left side over to and even with the right side.
Step 9
Fold the top wing to the left along the first vertical line from the right side.
Step 10
Fold the top wing to the right along the second vertical line from the left side.
Step 11
Fold the top wing to the left along the last vertical line remaining.
Step 12
Flip it over.
Step 13
Fold to the right along the first vertical line near the right side.
Step 14
Fold to the left along the 2nd vertical line from the right.
Step 15
Fold the top wing to the right alon the remaining vertical line.
Step 16
This is the top of the Skull Flyer. It will look like an accordion fold. Pull on the winglets on the right side and left side, and open it up a little.
Step 17
Flip it over, and you will see the frightful bottom that will be soaring over you on All Hallow's Eve!
Bear in mind, the Skull Flyer will fly well if thrown right side up or upside down.
