SkyRush - a K'Nex Roller Coaster

photo.JPG

Hello everyone, and welcome to my latest project, SkyRush. This is a small, yet cool K'Nex roller coaster. It uses about 500 classic K'Nex parts and over 16 feet of track. I'm not going to give a precise Instructable on how to make this exactly, but this Instructable will show basically my thought process.

The Lift

You should always start out with making the lift. And by the lift, I mean the support track. Save the motor for later. As you can see, in the second photo, there are wheels at the bottom to help push the roller coaster car to the chain. One at the side, and one on top.

The First Hill and Loop

The first hill going down on the roller coaster should always be the biggest. In this roller coaster, it is the only one. You zoom down a fast hill and you then become immediately faced with a loop.

Turns N Stuff

In-between the hills, loops, and lift there should be some turns, too.

Thank you very much for reading this. I know there isn't much info here but the video is much better. Also, don't forget to vote for me in the contest. It would be greatly appreciated!
