A glass coke or other glass bottle you can get these in bulk at Costco. A small solar light I salvaged the guts of a solar rock from the dollar store but any solar light will do. Please note it will be hard to find in winter you may have to get one online.
TOOLS : soldering iron or tape
A wire stripper or knife and a
Hot glue gun

this is the solar assembly from my rock i had to use my soldering iron to get it out.  you  then need to extend the wires to the led  so it will sit deeper in the bottle. then just hot glue it in place over the bottle and if you didn't brake anything it should work.
