Solar LED Night Light Build

The first light keeps my basement lite up all night.
The second light is outside and it lights up the cars.
I use them to see in the morning going to work.

I got the LEDs from ebay.
The first Emergency light from Goodwill.
The second emergency lights from trash.
Solar panes from Harbor Freight.
