Soothing Slime

I enjoy slime and its pretty relaxing with a fairly easy cleanup. this is a simple way to make it with Glue, Borax and water. Optional Food dye, Kinetic sand, Sent, and or Glitter.

You will need:

• 1/2 cup of Glue (no glue sticks)
• 1 tablespoon of borax
• 3/4 cup water

Optional:

1. 1 Tablespoon of Glitter
2. 1 drop of sent (I used Lavender

You will need to mix your water and your borax together now, make sure that all of the borax is dissolved. You might need warm water for this.

I used my finger to mix but you don't have to do it that way. Mix your borax mixture, glue, and if you want sent. If you want colour add your colouring before you mix it!! You will need to add little bits of borax at a time and stir for a while and then add more. If you do not do this your slime will be over activated and you will need to start agin.

If You over activate your slime:
Add a tiny bit of shampoo, careful its strong!!

If you under activate your slime:

Add a tiny bit of activator little bits at a time. Do not add more than a teaspoon at a time!!

if you are not adding Kinetic sand this will be done and you will have a pretty slime but I wanted to go a bit further so I will be adding the sand. this is also where you would want to add glitter if you would like.

add some sand and mix it together your slime will be softer if you add less and it will be more putty like if you add more. Mixing the sand into the slime was so relaxing!!
