Step-by-step Tutorial to Install PCUnlocker on USB
In this step-by-step tutorial I will show you how to easily install PCUnlocker on your USB drive. PCUnlocker is a handy tool to have when you forgot the password of your Windows user.
PCUnlocker is able to work with Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP and Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003 and 2000, including x64 operating system. Before installing it on USB, you should prepare a USB flash drive with at least 256Mb of space.

Downloading Rufus
To start out go to Rufus site and go to the Download section and download the latest version Rufus v1.3.3 (452 KB). It usually takes less than two minutes to complete the download. This is a portable software and you can run it by simply double-clicking the download file.
Downloading PCUnlocker
Go to the Top Password Software's site, you'll find the PCUnlocker software. Click the "Free Trial" button to download the trial version. I would be installing the free version of PCUnlocker but you can buy the full version.
Installing PCUnlocker on USB
When you have downloaded the pcunlocker_trial.zip and Rufus program. Right-click on the pcunlocker_trial.zip file and select "Extract All" from the context menu, it will activate the built-in self-extracting program. Choose a destination folder to save the extracting files.
After that you'll access the pcunlocker.iso file from the destination folder.
Now open Rufus program. Simply click on the CD drive icon to specify the pcunlocker.iso file you've downloaded, then click on Start to install PCUnlocker on your USB drive.
However, If you want to use the USB drive for resetting lost Windows password on computers with UEFI BIOS, you need to choose the "GPT partition scheme for UEFI computer" option from the Rufus program. Click Start and see it do magic.
Now You've successfully installed PCUnlocker on your USB flash drive.
After that you'll access the pcunlocker.iso file from the destination folder.
