Sticky Wings & Balsamic Bean Drizzle

BBQ season is not done in my house!

We or should I say, "I" BBQ anytime of the year.

To put it simply I run out, turn the Barbie on...run back in and continue this process every 5 min until whatever I'm cooking is done...

Wings are my families favourite, especially on a lazy Friday or Saturday...these wings have a bite and they are drizzled with a Balsamic Coffee dressing which is sweet and darkly mysterious.

Ingredients

chicken, wings, bbq, vegetables 003.JPG

3-4 lbs of wings; washed; you could remove the tips but, I got really lazy and didn't....lol

1 tsp each cayenne powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, thyme, chipotle powder

Place the wings, seasonings and herbs in a plastic freezer bag.

Mush the ingredients together. Marinate for a minimum 1 hr or overnight, refrigerated.

Place on a hot grill and turn every 5 min or until meat pulls apart easily at the joint. Approx. 1/2 hr.

Drizzle:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp. sugar

1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee

Place ingredients in a small saucepot. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat to med.low, simmer for 10min.

Cool completely or refrigerate up to 3 days in advance.

Drizzle over cooked wings or dip.

Enjoy with love!
