Strawberry-Blueberry Cake
I love everything with fruits or berries. Here one can buy strawberries and blueberries all year round, so I love to bake with them. I often make marinated berries, just soak them in orange juice. But a cake with these colorful berries is a feast not only for the eyes.

For a cake form of 32 cm:
4 Eggs
100 g Sugar
150 g Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
Make a biscuit dough and pour into the greased baking dish. Bake at 180 C for approx. 35 minutes. Let cool completely.

400 g Strawberries
100 g Blueberries
wash the berries and cut the stem out, half the strawberries.

300 ml Milk
1 Bag Vanilla Custard
cook the pudding as written on the bag and pour over the cooled biscuit. Careful: do not take the biscuit out of the form, you need it to hold the custard. Let cool completely.

Then decorate the cake with the berries and brush them with warmed strawberry jam.
