Preparations
Start of by whipping the whip cream. Then scope your whip cream into the plastic bag. Remove any air and tie a knot. Use your scissor and cut a really small hole in one of the corners of the bag. This will help you to easily apply the whip cream later on.
Then bring your baking paper, melted chocolate and grill stick. By using the flat side you will create small dots of chocolate chips/dots that will act as eyes later on.
Cutting
Start of by cutting of a small pace of the "tip" of the strawberry. This will be the cap of your Santa clause. Then cut of the stem, leafs and some strawberry to create a flat surface for the strawberry to stand on.
Apply the Whip Cream
I start of by applying one base layer of whip cream by making a spiral on the top of the base piece. Then Apply one layer on the side of the strawberry by using a wave form. This will be the beard. Apply some more whip cream in a spiral to act as the face. Put the cap back on your Santa.
Watch!
By now your chocolate dots should have hardened. If not. Place them in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
Place two of thous to your Santa to act as his eyes.
Final Touch!
Now the only thing missing is the white ball on top of the cap...
Eureka! Your strawberry Santa clauses is ready to be enjoyed.
Thanks for reading and happy crafting
Merry Christmas to you all!
