Summer Ice Cream Garland

Hi! This instructable is a DIY room decoration that is summer inspired. When I was thinking of this DIY, I immediately thought of Ice Cream because of the hot weather. This DIY is a really simple and fast garland made of paper to resemble an ice cream cone.
