Painting the Big Toe

I decided to paint a pineapple on my big toe since pineapples are summery, and remind me of the tropics!

Paint about three-fourths of the way up the nail.

Grab your toothpick or dotting tool, and paint a line across the top of the ( in my case ) yellow polish.

From there, paint three short lines in the middle of the line to make the stem leaves on top of the pineapple.

Once the polish is dry, use your toothpick or dotting tool draw some short lines on the yellow part of the nail. These are the spikes on the pineapple.

Paint the Second Toe

This is where you decide if you want to do each toe different, or a pattern, anything!

On my toes, I did a different nail art on each toe.

For this toe, I am painting a watermelon.

Paint a thin line of green at the bottom.

Then, once it is dry, paint a thin line of white right above that.

Once that is dry, paint the inside of the watermelon.

Once dry, grab your toothpick or dotting tool to create the seeds.

Paint the Third Toe

I went simple, and painted my whole toe nail orange since it's a bright, happy, tropical color.

My third toe nail is so small, so it's difficult to put nail art on it.

Paint the Fourth Toe

I decided to make this one a strawberry.

Paint it red or hot pink, let it dry.

Once it is dry, add little black dots all over the toe, as the seeds.

Add a little green for the leaves at the top.

Let it dry.

Paint the Pinkie Toe

I painted my whole pinkie toe a simple blue like a beautiful, tropical ocean.

Let it dry.

Paint the TopCoat
