Super Easy Delicious Breakfast Quiche
This is an amazing recipe for tricking your children into eating green things. It has a lot of garlic and rosemary so you can't taste the kale. I keep the ingredients prepared in the fridge so I can just throw it together. This is my go to brunch on the weekend for my family.
Gather Your Materials
For this recipe you will need:
- Frozen Pie Crust
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups Kale (chopped, stems removed)
- 1 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup milk
Add Milk to Eggs
Add the milk to the eggs. Whisk to combine.
Whisk in Spices
Add the garlic and rosemary. Whisk.
Add Ingredients to Pie Shell
- Spread the Kale evenly through the pie shell.
- Add your egg mixture carefully. You must pour slowly so the egg does not overflow.
Add Cheese
Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the other ingredients.
Bake
Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cool and Enjoy!
Cool for 10 minutes, cut, and enjoy!
