Super-Food Super Smoothie
If the Justice League were made up of smoothies, they would totally recruit this guy!
This recipe is made up almost entirely of "super-foods" so they are clearly the best dietary choice if you have any crime fighting scheduled that day. Actually, given the general unpredictable nature of evil and the deliciousness of smoothies, you might want to be prepared every day.

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries, frozen
6 ounces coconut yogurt
1 1/2 cups brewed green tea, chilled
2 bananas
5 strawberries, frozen
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbs flax seeds, ground
3 Tbs agave
1 piece fresh ginger, about 1/2" cube
Ice cubes
Makes 5 Servings
Directions
Just toss the ingredients in a blender, add a few ice cubes at the end to reach desired consistency. (Cape is optional)
