Survival Bracelet - Cheap and Easy

I wanted to make a quick bracelet unlike the others people post with the clips, as I couldn't find any. My new modified version only uses a length of para cord or utility cord. I bought a roll of utility cord for $5 and it had 20 metres worth. I hope you find this useful and please comment freely and tell me what I have to fix because this is my first instruct able. Thanks

Get a length of para cord or utility rope, about 3m long and 3mm think and loop one end three times around. Make it about the size of your fist so it can fit loosely. Leave about 4cm on one end and the rest on the other.

Start making loops around the string until there is a 3 cm gap between were you started and were you have just been looping.

Make a small arc on your last loop and thread your string through to make a not.

Your finished you brand new survival bracelet. Just slip it on and double not the pieces of string hanging off to tighten the bracelet. You can burn the ends a bit so that they become neat and tidy. Now you have an easy to make, cheap and very useful survival bracelet with 3 m of rope for any situation.
