Swedish Sugar Cake / Sockerkaka
The most traditional cake in Sweden for fika. Its fluffy and just sets the mood for the whole weekend.
Heat Oven
Put it on 175°C, 350°F
Equipment
What you need:
*A rounded cake pan
*Butter for covering cake pan
*Indefinite amount of bread crumbs
*A Bowl
*3 Eggs
*1.2 cups of Sugar
*A Whisker
*1.2 cups of Flour
*2 tsp of Baking powder
*2 tsp of Vanilla powder
*A Spatula
*50 grams of Butter
*A spoon of Lemon drops (optional)

*1.2 cups of Sugar

*1.2 cups of Flour
*2 tsp of Baking powder
*2 tsp of Vanilla powder
*A Spatula
*50 grams of Butter
*A spoon of Lemon drops (optional)
Cake Pan
Butter the cake pan so the cake comes out after baking. Put bread crumbs in the cake pan and shake it around so everything's covered.
Eggs
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl
Sugar
Add 1.2 cups of sugar. Whisk it together with the eggs. The dough should be whisked for so long so it gets white.
Flour, Baking Powder, Vanilla Powder
Add 1.2 cups of flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tsp of vanilla powder in the same bowl. Mix it around and put it in the main bowl. Blend everything with a spatula.
Butter
Microwave 50 grams of butter for 1 minute so it melts. Put it in the bowl and mix.
Lemon Drops
Add a spoon of Lemon drops. This is to give it a taste of lemon. This is optional, you don't have to do this.
Fill Cake Pan
Add everything into the cake pan.
Bake
Shove it in the oven for a good 39 minutes.
Cool Down
When it has baked. Flip it over on a board and let it be there for 30 minutes to cool down.
Done.
Remove the pan from the cake and put it on a fancy plate. Now it's done. Enjoy!
