Print out this classic vintage design I created from artwork I found on “The Graphic Fairy”Cut and fold as instructed. Tuck heart into slits. Glitter it up for some extra sparkle.

Or use the the outlined template to make your own with some wrapping paper, old greeting cards or kraft paper that you can embellish with glitter, rubber stamps, markers or your kisses!
For the “HeartFelt” pocket, cut out pattern in felt, sew or glue the sides. Insert a love note or gift card.
