HOW TO MAKE DESIGNER BOOKSHELF ?

Today i will show you how to make make a designer book shelf which can also handle your TV, WIFI ROUTER,CCTV DVR,AND BOOKS.

WHICH I CALL TECHNICAL PORTABLE DESIGNER BOOKSHELF

SO,

here i tell you how i created my bookshelf without any special equipments

=MATERIALS=

-28 FEET LONG 2 INCH THICK GENERALLY USED WOOD (FROM SCRAP OR STORE)

-60 FEET LONG ½ INCH THICK WOODEN STRIPS (USED FOR DECORATION)

-4 FEET LONG L SHAPED ALUMINUM BAR (EASILY AVAILABLE IN HARDWARE STORE)

-4 CASTER WHEELS (YOU CAN GET IT FROM HARDWARE STORE OR ONLINE)

-SOME SCREWS AND SOME STEEL NAILS (JUST GO TO HARDWARE STORE)

- 2 PIECES OF GLASS 1*4 FEET (OF ANY THICKNESS YOU WANT) & 8 BRACKETS FOR HOLDING THE GLASS

=TOOLS=

-1 hammer

-1 hand saw

-some sand paper (from hardware store) get some fine ones I don’t know the no…

-1 screw driver

-1 pincer plier

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Get 2 inch thick wood out and cut 4 pieces of 4-4 feet long each

& also cut 4 pieces of 3-3 feet long each

By using a hand saw

Now take 2-2 pieces of 3&4 feet long

And join them to make a square shape by using hammer and steel nails

& Make one MORE square shape frame with remaining 3&4 feet wood

Take out L shaped aluminium bars and cut 4 pieces of 1-1 feet each.

Make few holes at the ends of bars for screwing both the frames together.

As shown in the image. Do it on all 4 corners from inside

NOW your 2 frames are joint together.

haa....... frame part is done..

Take out your 4 CASTER WHEELS and screw them on the frame

using screw driver

Now you can easily move your frame.

Take out ½ inch thick wooden strips and cut 60 pieces of 1 feet each

Use some sand paper to smooth the edges of strips and finish them with fine sand paper

Make holes in the frames by hammering less thick nails and removing it from pincer plier.

Then just screw the strips with screw driver as shown in the images.

Now your shelf is looking good...YAAAA

Just install the 4-4 brackets inside the frame and put the

glass on it . (USE SCREWS AND MAKE HOLES FOR SCREW BY OLD METHOD SMALLER STEEL NAIL & REMOVAL BY PINCER PLIER )

Hard work time

Just take out fine sanding paper and sand the whole shelf and give finishing touch with your hand.

This will surely take time.

WE ARE ALMOST DONE

JUST PAINT OR LEAVE IT RAW OR DO SOMETHING ELSE .
