TRIBAL MASK

I made because of part of project

It is a tribal mask

clay,newspaper,net,primer,paints,water,thermacol,clay tools.

take a large sheet of paper and wound it into a round ball on top of it use a cotton made net so that our clay mold can be placed

make a clay plate flat and place it on round platform that we did which gives it humanly sculpture.

from now on we add details to that plate

we add two holes giving it eyes as mask user should be able to see the world

i made a line between forehead and hair u will understand why later on

now here i made nose it look complicated but trust me it is easier than u think

make so cone type of sculpture then and two small ball representing nostrils then use thick clay paste that could bound it all up now slowly it becomes nose

now attach the nose using same paste we use earlier

add texture to the hair

do mostach separately using clay my rolling the clay on smooth surface then add texture to it and paste as same way as nose

make some designs on the face cause we all know what is special between commoners and tribals the facial art is one of the way to express the tribes beliefs

here i took these designs showing that there are furious and strong like tigers

first use primer and let it dry for 15 minutes paint it with your whole heart

complete the painting and make a stand and place your mask there

and tadaaaa!!!
