Table Top Turntable Tool Caddy

Store over 20 tools in a small space. How small? How about everything in a 150mm X 150mm footprint. All those tool on your desktop and easily accessible. This can be done with recycling items and materials found in the scrap bin. This is my table top turntable tool caddy.

Tins, I used three Japanese candy tin and an olive tin.
Lazy susan turntable from the hardware store.
5mm plywood from the off cut bin
Paint

I laser cut some plywood to make the base. Screwed on the lasy susan turntable.

I cut the lids of the tins off with a Dremel and spayed the insides with paint to prevent rust and I laser cut dividers out of plywood to separate tools.

I made a separate detachable tray for the tin holding my craft knives. I don't have to carry the whole caddy around.

Here's the finished table top turntable tool caddy with all the tools. I put little rubber feet on the bottom of the base to stop it from sliding around. Now I have a massive amount of tools that are quick to access and in a unit that takes up very little space on my bench.
