Terminator Face

Like every normal person, I have a plaster casting of my head in the closet.

I use it to scare away spiders.

Today, I found an even better use for it. To help me breed a terminator me.

What will I use a terminator me for? Taking over the world, for one. SkyNet started with a piece of angry tin foil. Well, it might have. If you trace the lineage back long enough, I'm sure you'll find aluminium foil in the story line somewhere.

Gather Your Materials

For this project you will need a face, scissors, and some heavy duty aluminium foil.

You can actually do this on a persons face, just don't press too hard around the eyes!

If you're doing it on yourself, without the handy-dandy plaster casting, you can get the general shapes while the foil is over your face, but you'll need to take it off to detail. Fill it with scrunched up aluminium foil, or old newspapers to help keep it's shape.Or you can ask someone to help.

Shape the Foil

Lay a sheet of aluminium foil over the face, leaving a few inches on the top and bottom.

Make sure you have a lot of slack over the face, because if you don't, you may end up pushing a hole through the foil.

Press the foil gently with you fingers to get the general shape.

When the shape is achieved, and the foil is tight against the face, use the tips of your fingers to press in any details, like around the eyes, and the lips. The more detail you can get, the better the finished product will be.

Cut Out Your Terminator

Using your scissors, cut the extra foil from around the shape.

I will make an Intructable outlining the many uses of a Terminator me, as soon as figure out what they are!

Regardless, it's a fun "just because" project.
