Thread Floss Through Filigree Pieces
Fit both pieces of filigree together, back to back. Thread the floss through both filigrees along the edge and tie the floss to the filigree, leaving a 2" tail in the floss. Using the longer end of the floss, lace around the outside of the filigree, passing the floss through the edge of the filigree as you go to attach the two pieces. When you have laced all the way around the edge of the filigree tie both ends of the floss together into a knot. If you wish, add a dot of glue to the knot before trimming the ends.
Create Loops on Each End of the Elephant Bead
Cut your wire into 2-18", 1-4 inch and 1-6 inch piece. Feed the 6 inch piece through the elephant bead and use your round nose pliers to create messy wire wraps on each end. Set aside.
Create Loops on Either End of the Bone Quill Beads
Feed an 18 inch piece of wire through a bone bead. Using your round nose pliers create a loop in the wire 3 inches from the end. Push the bead down to the loop and create a second loop at the other end of the bead. Create a messy wrap with the longer end of the wire around the end of the bead and then continue wrapping down the bead to create the spiral detail. Wire wrap the remaining end and tuck any wire tails under.
Create Two Loops on the Elaine Ray Bead
Use the remaining wire to create a beaded link out of the Elaine Ray ceramic bead.
Attach Filigree to Elephant
Using your chain nose pliers open the 7 mm jump ring. Feed the ring through the edge of the laced filigree and then through the loop on the bottom of the elephant. Close securely.
Attach Elephant and Elaine Ray Bead
Using your chain nose pliers open a square jump ring. Feed the ring through the loop on the top of the elephant and through the loop on one end of the ceramic bead. Close securely.
Attach Chain to Bone Quills on Both Sides
Using your chain nose pliers and four square jump rings attach the chain sections to the bone pipe beads. Open the remaining square jump ring and feed it through the loop on the other end of the ceramic bead and around the 6 inch chain section. Close securely.
