The AirHawk Stunt Plane

P1010343.JPG
As all of my instructables (as for now) have been fast-flying darts, it seems about time to add a stunt plane. The AirHawk tends to fly crazily, over expressing the name "stunt plane" . It will tend to do a nose dive at the end of each flight. :(

Things You Will Need

You will need U.S. Letter sized paper or A4(As I don't have access to A4 paper, I'm not sure how it will work out), scissors, and tape(optional but recommended).

Folding the Waterbomb Base

If you Know how to make a Waterbomb base, then do so at the top and skip this step. If not, then read below.

Fold Corner A dow to Corner B. The line shows where Corner A should go, not the crease line. Unfold. (I folded it already for some reason.) Fold Corner C down to Corner D. Again, the line shows where Corner C should go, not the crease line. Flip over the paper and fold down at the intersection. Unfold and flip over. Press down on the intersection. The sides should pop up. Now look to the pictures. After that, your Waterbomb base is completed!

Step 3

Ignore the line. Corner A Goes down to Corner B. Then fold in half(vertically).

Kinda hard to explain, but you will need to refer to the front to make the wings. Where the extra thickness is, fold the extra thickness in half. Follow along with the rest of the body. Repeat on other side. Fold winglets like in picture. Repeat on other side. The size of the winglets does not matter. Level out wings.

Making Wings No. 3 and 4 and Modifying Winglets

Fold Corner A and B to Point C. Unfold and leave wings at a 45 degree angle.
DISCLAIMER: I did NOT make the winglet mods. My friend did.
Cut winglet approximately in half. Repeat on other side. Fold corner A to Corner B.

Tape(optional)
