Gather up the following ingredients:

1. Cheese of choice(I'm using Velveeta)

2. Milk of choice(I'm using 2%)

3. 1/4 Stick of Butter

4. Elbow Pasta

5. Salt & Pepper(optional)

6.Pot (that can hold at least 1 quart)

Cook Pasta

Wait until water is boiling and then, put a box of your elbow pasta in the boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes depending how soft you like it.

Drain Pasta

Grab a strainer and drain pasta and if you do not have a strainer then you can separately spoon out the pasta into a different pot.

Add Butter

Add 1/4 of a stick of butter to the cooked and drained pasta back in the pot.

.

Prepare to Add Milk and Cheese

Mixing while adding the cheese and milk is very hard if you are still having to cut the cheese and open the milk during it, so instead you should cut the cheese before you add any and open the milk.

Add Salt and Pepper (optional)

Adding different seasonings can make food taste so much better, so I always add a little salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

Put Pasta in a Plate or Bowl

You are almost done and and are now just plating it. I prefer to use a bowl, but any plate or bowl works.

Add Extras

I added extra shredded cheese on top, but you don't have to. There are many other toppings you can use, but i just used cheese. Ex: Bacon, Vegetables, Sauces, ect.

Eat and Enjoy

Lastly, don't forget to do the most important step. EAT!

Through this process of making the Mac N' Cheese there are many different variations that you can add or take away and I hope you enjoyed and that this was an easy recipe you would like to try again.
