The PET Proof Toilet Paper

Do your dogs and cats unravel your toilet paper into millions of pieces? This is no lengthy instructable, but it is usefull! First,if you are moving into a new house, install the toilet paper holder vertically. Now if you have all ready installed the toilet paper holder,your first step is to remove it from the wall. Next take the structure and reassemble it back onto the wall vertically. Now your almost done. Next take a piece of tape and tape the loose end of paper to the roll. This will keep your pets from that temptations that the dangling paper can inflict upon their innocent Hearts. Wow I made that sound epic:)
