The Pizza Mario!
Making the dough:
You will need:
200g plain white flour
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
40g butter/marg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
75ml milk
1. In a bowl,stir together the flour,salt and baking powder. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
2.Whisk together the olive oil, egg and milk in a bowl. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid.
3.Stir the mixture quickly by hand until it forms into a soft dough.( cover it as we are going to prepare the toppings now )

You can use any toppings that you like, but I went with everything in the picture.
Rolling Out the Dough.
Before doing any rolling, cover your work area, dough and rolling pin in flour.
Roll until 5mm thick.

Cutting Out the Dude.
Before you start cutting, create a basic shape just running a knife over the places you want to cut.
once you have finished, continue by cutting him out carefuly.
Slide a piece of card underneath and but a baking tray on top.
Turn it over so that the tray is at the bottom, slowly remove the card.

Saucy!
Cover it in a thin layer of sauce and add your toppings.
Once added, sprinkle some grated cheese on top and cook for 25 minutes at gas mark 5.
