The PuffBall Hat
An easy-to-make adorable hat
Gather Your Materials
You will need:
A sheet of paper
A glue stick
Scissors
4 Cotton balls or pads
Twine
Cutting
Get your paper and cut out a straight line like the photo. If there aren't any holes in your paper already, use a hole puncher to put a hole on each end about an inch from the end.
Cutting the Twine
Cut a piece of twine. Make it as long as you think you might need to fit around your head.
Then cut holes in the slip of paper you cut and tie the twine around
the holes like the picture.
Glue on the PuffBalls
Glue the whole front of paper strip,
then take the cotton balls (or if using pads, roll them up into balls)
and put them on the glue.
Then you're done! Enjoy your new hat! (:
