The Leidenfrost Effect

Materials: pan, stove, water, cup, fire

Procedure:

1. Fill up a cup with water.
2. Heat up a pan on a stove until it is very hot.
3. Pour the water out into the pan.
4. The water will be floating on a cloud of it's own gas.
