Ok so i'm going to enplane this the best i can
1.take your 1 by 6/8 board and set it on a flat surface
2.then cut your thin board into 4 10 inch peaces
3.set 2 10 inch peaces on top of each other
4.place them on the board
5. repeat step 3&4 on the other side
6. place them about 1 1/2 inches apart from each other
7.nail the top and bottom of the boards together with a 2 inch nail while on the big board to put all 3 boards together
8. repeat step 7 on the other side

4.with a one inch nail, nail one board about a mili meter away from the edge of the long piece
5. repeat step 4 on the same side right under the first board(nail horizontally)
6. turn over and nail 2 2 inch nails in both sides of the one inch nail
7. do the same on the second board
8.turn board back to the front

The Swing Its Self (the Hand Guard)+ Adding the Thing
this part is sort of tricky but all customizable so if not understood its just a hand guard
1. cut 2 4-6 inch peaces of thin board
2.cut 2 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 peaces of thin board
3. slide the (thing) on to the sling
4.18 -24 inches from the bottom place one of step ones peaces under the sling (bottom=opposite side from top guard)
5. put the other piece from step 1 on top of the sling
6.with 2 inch nails nail one nail from one side and one on the other
7. repeat step 6 until you feel comfortable that the thing wont crush/smash your hands
8.place step 2 board in between the openings on the sides of the hand guard
9.repeat step 6&7 on the part where you just plugged the oppenings
1. cut 2 4-6 inch peaces of thin board
How to Use
hold the handle at an angle so the thing is about 2 feet away from the hand guard of the swing and then swing it above your head and it will collide with the top guard and create a loud clap or bang noise
