The Spanish Tortilla
Spanish tortilla:

Ingredients :
five Eggs,
five small Potatoes,
two small onions, quartered and thinly sliced,
Salt and pepper,
Extra- virgin Olive oil

You also need :
A plate,
A deep frying pan (the plate and the deep frying pan must have the same diameter, (it’s easier)
A whisk,
A mixing bowl.
It’s a kind of omelette with potatoes.

First, you peel the potatoes. slice them thinly

Wash it.
Then, dry it with a dishcloth to fry it faster.

Tip a little of olive oil in a frying pan, and wait a minute. You should hear it sazzle when the frying pan is ready with the oil.

You fry it.

Then, peel an onion

Fry it too !

Put the onion and the chips together in the deep fry, on a low heat.

After that, break the eggs and beat it as you do for an omelette.

Then, pour it all in the pan on a high heat.

You have now to wait a minute (the same time as for an omelette).

At last, the” most difficult”: you have to take the plate and flip the tortilla inside, and then slide it back in on the pan, on the other side.
