Basically you soak lemon and ginger pieces in honey and let them sit over night and what you will have is a money you can add to hot water or tea to soothe a cough, sore throat, or other throat related ill.

Cut the Lemons Into Quarters

Cut the lemons into quarters or smaller.

Cut the Gunger

Cut the ginger into similar sizes to the lemons.

Place Lemons and Ginger in a Mason Jar

Mix the ginger and the lemon pieces in the mason jar.

Fill the Mason Jar With Honey

Fill the jar with honey. Covering the lemons and ginger completely.

Screw the Lid Securly

Put the lid on the mason jar securely.

Let Sit for at Least 24 Hours

Let's the mason jar sit for 24 hours. I put it in the fridge.

Add to Hot Water or Tea
