I needed a tiny Phillips screwdriver to take apart a servo to make a useless machine. The smallest one I had wouldn't even come close to fitting it. I didn't want to have to stop working to go to the store so I looked through what I had on hand. I found an aluminum pop rivet that was just about the right size. I tried it and it fit in the screw, but it was difficult to handle. I put the rivet in the rivet gun and gave it about half a squeeze in order to bind the two parts together, then I wrapped the end in electrical tape to make the grip thicker and easier to grasp. This wont be a permanent tool in my box, but it did manage to take out the 4 screws that were holding me up.
