Tomato Feta Cheese Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
500g minced meat
200g feta cheese
half cup breadcrumbs
hand full sundried tomatoes
250ml cream
250g tomatoes
2 spoons tomato paste
1 egg
salt, pepper & paprika
Preparation
Sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika to the meat. Give breadcrumbs & the egg to it and mix it together. Form meatballs a place them in an oven form. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Cut the sundried tomatoes & the tomatoes in small pieces. Give cream and the sundried tomatoes in a cup and sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika to it. Stir it together. After 20 minutes crumble the feta over the meatballs place the tomatoes and pour the cream mix on top. Put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes and enjoy.

Lay the meatballs in an oven form and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. Then crumble the feta cheese over the meatballs and pour the cream mix over it. Put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes to finish it. Then grab a plate and enjoy.
