Hello,

Today I'm going to show you how to make this robot head by combining the Inmoov skull with a solider76 mask.

What you'll need:

PTFE tube and connectors

3D Printed Inmoov Skull (I used the re-mixed version for big printers)

3D Printed Soldier76 Mask

Some spray paint

Modify the Skull

Once you have everything printed, assemble the Soldier76 mask and cut the nose piece of the Inmoov face. The reason why I cut it is because it allowed the mask to fit on the skull a lot better. Then place the mask on the skull, and attach the two parts together.

Add the Camera and Decorations

Before you start painting, make a hole in the center of the face so you can put the eye there (I added a camera because I plan to add motion tracking to the head in the future). Once that is complete, Paint the head and add the eye to the hole. Then make some holes and screw in the PTFE tube connectors. Now you can bridge the connectors with the PTFE tubing. You may also choose to add small LED's to the beginning and end of the tubes to light them up.

And that's it! Now you can add this head to a robot or put it on display. The choice is yours.
