Torta

I decided to make a torta a torta is a Hispanic sandwich I chose to make this sandwich because you can pretty much put whatever you want and it tastes really good. My family and I make tortas once in a while and when we do it is always a good and nice experience you can eat them at anytime of the day as well and with whoever you desire. You could eat it with loved ones or simply just friends. Making a torta is a fun experience and the end result is delicious.

1. Bolillo
2. Ham
3. Sausage
4. eggs
5. tomato
6. provolone cheese

1. Get sausages
2. cut the sausages straight down the middle
3. grab a pan
4. put oil on the pan
5. put the sausages in the pan
6. cook them until nice and crispy
7. once cooked put them on a plate and napkin to drain the oil from the sausages

1. Grab tomatoes
2. wash tomatoes
3. cut the tomatoes into slices

1. Grab a couple eggs
2. crack them into a bowl and mix them together
3. put them into the pan and slowly "scramble" the eggs until nicely cooked
4. put them aside and wait for preparation

1. grab your bolillo and cut it in half
2. put provolone cheese on the bolillo
3. toast the bolillo and melt the provolone '
4. take the sausages and place a couple on top of the melted cheese
5. take 2 pieces of ham and place them on top of the sausages
6. lastly put some tomato slices on top
7. close the sandwich
8. enjoy

Now that you have finished making your torta (sandwich) you can now enjoy it and if you do end up enjoying it you can also make your own version of this torta you could add pretty much anything but now that you finished making this torta you can enjoy this traditional Mexican dish that you have made.
