Touch Sensitive Toggle Switch circuit

Build this simple Touch Sensitive "toggle switch" with only 2 CMOS integrated circuits, CD4077 quad Xnor gate and CD4013 dual D-register. Circuit is very sensitive, and standby current ( led off ) is under 0.5 mA @ 6V supply.

Output can be easily modified to drive relays, power mosfets/transistors and triacs.

Main components:

IC1: CD4077 quad CMOS Xnor gate

IC2: CD4013 dual D-register ( you will be using only one )

Q1: BC558 PNP transistor

Bat: 6 >20v 0.5mA @ 6v (led off)
