Tscheff's Fried Garlic

Tasty fried garlic topping originally from Thailand traditionally used for noodle soups, but you can put it on steaks or even pizza, the possibilities are endless! Easy made and supertasty. Storable for long times.

Ingredients and Tools

Ingredients:
1. Garlic cloves (as much as you like)
2. Frying oil

Tools:
1. Mortar and pestle
2. Frying pan

Preparing the Garlic

Add garlic to your pot and mash until you have a sort of sticky paste with chunks in it (dont know how to describe it better :)

Fry the Garlic!

Heat oil on a low temperature, add garlic until its sligthly brown.

Put in a Jar and Store, or Eat and Enjoy!

Put the garlic into a jar and be sure to include all the oil from the pan. Now you have a very aromatic topping, good for noodle soup bowls, but also usable as a topping for everything else, if you are a garliclover.
