Supplies
First, you'll need:
* Brownie mix (your favorite kind- can be from a box mix)
* Brownie pop mold, silicone or nonstick metal will work
* Pop sticks
* Fondant, homemade or pre- made
* Food coloring, red, yellow, and green
* Candy melts, white (you'll need more than one tub if making more than 8 pops)

Bake Pops
Spray the pan with nonstick spray, and pour the brownie batter into the molds. Don't fill them all the way- about 3/4 is good. If you have extra batter, you can pour it into a normal brownie pan or a loaf pan and bake with the pops for a snack later ;). Bake the brownies according to your recipe. If using a silicone pan, put it on a baking sheet for support. Cool on a wire rack. When cool, remove pops from tray and cut off any extra brownie that has formed on the tops. Line a tray with parchment paper and put the brownies on it.
Dipping the Pops
Melt the candy pieces either in the microwave or in a chocolate melting pot according to the package directions. To insert the sticks, dip the end of the stick into the melted candy and then poke it into the round side of the brownie, smoothing down any excess candy around the stick. The stick should go 3/4 of the way through the pop. Chill the pops until the candy is set.
Re- melt the candy, if needed, to get a smooth consistency for dipping. Dip the pops in the candy, turning to coat them all the way. You can use a knife to smooth out the candy, if needed. They don't need to be perfectly smooth because you won't see much of the coat when the pops are finished anyway. Place pops back on parchment paper and chill until the candy is set.

Decorate With Petals
You'll need orange, green and yellow colored fondant. To color the fondant, put a few drops of food coloring in the middle of some fondant and then knead it on a covered surface. To make orange, put a few drops of red coloring and a few more drops of yellow coloring in and knead it. Stick the pops into styraphoam or a pops display stand. To make the petals, roll out the yellow fondant to a little thinner than 1/4" on a counter or flat surface that has been dusted with powdered sugar. Cut out raindrop shapes from the dough, roughly the same size, and stick them with melted candy on the cake pop, so that the larger side is near the stick and the point is sticking out over the top. They petals should be touching each other. Add another layer of petals, placing them so that they cover the place where the first petals meet. Flatten the tips of the petals just so that the points are less sharp.
Add Details
Make the pollen in the center of the flowers, there are three ways to do this. For the first way, you need to roll out orange fondant to 1/4" thick, and cut out a circle about the size of the middle of the flower. It's helpful to use something to judge the size. Use a straw to gently press rings into the circle of fondant, making it look spotted. Attach this to the middle of the flower. The second way to make pollen is to roll little pieces of orange fondant to make pollen balls- arrange them together and attach to the middle of the flower. The last way to make the orange middle piece is to roll a long "snake" out of fondant and roll it up into a swirl, attaching it to the middle of the flower. For the leaves, roll out the green fondant to a bit less than 1/2" and cut out a leaf shape (an oval with pointy ends). Pinch the middle of the leaf to fold it and make a line down the middle. Pinch one end of the leaf around the stick at the base of the pop, securing with the melted candy. You may need to hold the leaf in place for 30 seconds to set it. Refrigerate the pops to make the fondant firm up. Once firm, prepare to enjoy some adorable and delicious treats!
