Tuna Cakes
Tuna cakes are delicious. If you crave some crunchy, tuna-riffic, snack foods, these are the way to go.
It doesn't take long to whip these up, and they are particularly tasty with some strange sauce.

Ingredients
1 can tuna (5 oz.)
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. white sugar
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Mix It, Form It!
Mix all your ingredients together well.
Form patties with the mix and set aside.
Fill your skillet with the oil (1/2") of your choice and turn the heat on your skillet to med-high. (5-6 on electric)

Cook It!
Fry them up.
2-3 minutes per side will do it nicely. Cook them until cakes are nice and golden. Place them on a paper towel to drain the oil.
Serve them hot and enjoy!
