Tuna Cakes

Tuna cakes are delicious. If you crave some crunchy, tuna-riffic, snack foods, these are the way to go.

It doesn't take long to whip these up, and they are particularly tasty with some strange sauce.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 can tuna (5 oz.)

1/2 Cup mayonnaise

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp. white sugar

2 Tbsp yellow mustard

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Mix It, Form It!

Mix all your ingredients together well.

Form patties with the mix and set aside.

Fill your skillet with the oil (1/2") of your choice and turn the heat on your skillet to med-high. (5-6 on electric)

Cook It!

Fry them up.

2-3 minutes per side will do it nicely. Cook them until cakes are nice and golden. Place them on a paper towel to drain the oil.

Serve them hot and enjoy!
