Tutorial - How to Make Chariot's Sword From the Anime "Black Rock Shooter"

Hey guys XD Another tutorial in the Chariot cosplay! A simple and cheap way to make Chariot's sword using only leftover materials.
(Literally only thing bought for this was the 9mm wooden stick)

Materials:
Duct tape + Industrial tape
Foam pieces (Or any other light weight bulking material)
Scissors + Craft knives
Healing mat or cutting board
Hot glue gun + glue
Cardboard
